The company was formed in 1999 under the trading name of Sussex Electratest Limited. Until the beginning of the year 2001 the company specialised in The Inspection and Testing of Electrical Appliances and certification of Electrical Installation, which still is one of the services provided.

The Year 2001 saw a great change as the Directors expanded the company’s objective to provide what their family has always experience in, which is The Building and Construction industry.

The family history in The Building and Construction Industry started in the capital city of Kenya, Nairobi. The Directors have always been actively involved in the family business until they settled themselves in the U.K. in the year 1999 April.

It took over one year to study the construction industry here in the U.K recall the Directors. The company then had to adopt and provide a slightly different motive and service compared to their Kenyan construction Industry.

The main change came in the type of materials used. Kenyan Buildings are much more solid all round while the Buildings in the U.K although solid externally the interior has a lot of wooden structures such as walls and floors.

Although the company over the years has grown in size but their aim and ultimate goal has always been the same.
